Sound proof glass: When doors are shut, you do not hear noise from the street because of the thick soundproof glass and being high up in the building. Black out blinds in both bedrooms so you do not have to worry about waking up to the sun. All blinds can be adjusted manually to stay down or up, depending on preference. Includes outdoor heated pool and hut tub in common area. Can reserve the space all to yourself and group for 1 hour every 72 hours. Strong outdoor heaters for colder days.
